A little about our order process

It all starts once you send an email to maddisonlouiseprintdesign@outlook.com outlining your requirements and any specific wedding details, you can also use our ‘contact us’ form.

Once contacted, Maddison will send out a sample pack in the post which will show an array of card stocks and previous bespoke designs to give you an idea of the textures and styles that we offer.

Once received and reviewed we will ask you to complete a small questionnaire so that we can gather suitable information on quantities, design requirements and finishes.

Maddison will then send out a quote via email and ask for a deposit of £ 50.00 to secure your booking. This is then deducted from your final invoice.

As soon as your place is secured Maddison will start work on your stationery designs as soon as possible, passing digital proofs back and forth until you are completely happy and all amendments have been made.

Once completed, you will be asked to view the final proof and make the payment for the remaining balance.

Stationery is then sent off to our trusted UK based printers and returned to the studio to be carefully checked over and compiled before sending out by special delivery to your door.
